10 Design Engineers - Goteborg Sweden

 

A consultancy company, working on assignments from Swedish and foreign industry and growing steadily since the start in 2010, is looking for 10 design engineers. The company works with design, CAD technology, testing, calculation and processing.

They also work in electronics and software development and on all levels, both operationally and as a project manager with responsibility for time, technology and costs. The company works at customers’ sites, where they reinforce development projects in various phases. Their customers include leading technology companies in their respective fields.

The Gothenburg region is in a very dynamic growth, where automotive industry is an important factor.

 

Position:

The company is looking for experienced engineers who have worked within product development in the automotive industry (aerospace possibly relevant).

 

Requirements:

In addition to a relevant university degree, candidates should have good references from previous jobs. Candidates must have a relevant design experience, be committed and have pronounced social skills.

Candidates must master CAD system Catia V5. While other tools such as NX or Pro/E is an advantage.

Design engineers will be working with product development (body, exterior, interior, chassis, engine and power train) in the automotive industry and suppliers. Knowledge of materials in molded plastic, sheet metal and/or casting is a plus. PDM such as TCE is preferable.

Candidate must be knowledgeable of industry practices, processes and administrative support systems. Previous work as a consultant or otherwise to be well versed in the consultant's daily life.

Able to communicate fluently in English and/or Swedish and master any additional languages it’s a plus.

 

Condition:

Permanent contract, 40 hours for week,  salary range 2500-3500 Euros/month before income tax.

Starting date: January 2017.
